Joanne was very patient and understanding with the sale of our home. She was understanding when we had our house for sale and then asked to take it off the market due to our pregnancy. Once we found a house we wanted to purchase she put it back on the market and an offer was made in three days. She negotiated everything that we wanted on the counter offers and such. We closed within 45 days which was very important with the deadline of closing on the new house.
Joanne assisted us in buying a wonderful house in Oakland Park, and worked very hard on negotiations, assisting us with the inspection, walk through, and she even came to the closing to make sure everything was as it should be! She has assisted us with several other transactions in the past, including several sales, and all of those went smoothly too!
