Good, old fashioned, customer care!
The storage company was very clean, well lighted and my unit was easy to access. I appreciated the use of the app, which made accessing my unit very easy.
This storage facility is the best in Tally. I have been a tenant at other storage places locally and this one is the keeper! i have worked with WENDY, the facility manager, for over 15 years. Clean units, very secure, & the nicest + professional folks. Rent at Fort Knox Storage on Mahan , if there are any units available.
Very friendly staff. Great prices! One very small issue, limited time to get into/out of storage. Open business hours only at this location.
