I have been a customer for quite a few years paid faithfully by bank draft every month. Go to storage unit today and it is padlocked. When my husband spoke with Devon she stated they had not received my check as they are not on electronic transmittal through banks so it is sent snail mail. Now after all these years faithfully sending the check Devon states you have to understand its a business and we need to collect the money.
