Established in 2007, Fort George Brewery and Public House is housed in a 1924 automotive warehouse. It is among the biggest breweries in the state. Due to its popularity, it soon expanded into the nearby Lovell building. Their brew is available only in selected states, so if you are in town, don't miss to visit this affable, family-friendly brew-house. First time to Astoria- this place is awesome!! Sit upstairs!!! Great servers and awesome atmosphere!!! Music is good too! Oh and you can’t beat the view!!
A must go when you visit the Portland area. We rented a car and drove up to Astoria and so many Brewery fun visits we had recommend this place over Silver Falls (South). Best. Food. Ever. & beer! 😍😂
Great menu and beer! We shared Mediterranean Mac and cheese, bacon wrapped jalapeños and Brussels sprouts. Perfect!!
It never fails to be a worthwhile stop on our way down the coast. The beer is great and so is the food. Service and getting a table can be a little slow but it’s totally worth it.

LOVED the atmosphere! I was visiting Portland and headed to the coast before it was time to go home, I am so happy we stopped at Fort George!! The beer and food were EXCELLENT

The beer I had “Big Guns” was great and the selection of others was good as well. Everyone should be able to find something to their liking. We had salads, which were delicious and were well sourced. 🍺😁👍🏻
Staff was extremely friendly and knew their stuff. Vortex IPA was da bomb. And I had the best ham sandwich I have ever had!
