Established in 2007, Fort George Brewery and Public House is housed in a 1924 automotive warehouse. It is among the biggest breweries in the state. Their brew is available only in selected states, so if you are in town, don't miss to visit this affable, family-friendly brew-house. Drop in to take a sip of their quality beer or relish their tasty food. Enjoy live music and other entertaining events either at their pub or Lovell Taproom.

It's a great spot with a setting high on a hill overlooking Astoria and the Columbia River. They have lots of great beers, delicious food, and wonderful servers.
Ben in the Lovell tap room was awesome. He accommodated us even when we got there 15 minutes before they were closing. He made it seem like it wasn’t a bother at all and answered all our questions and even let us taste test a few beers. Awesome service!
We love Fort George! We ordered a variety of small kegs for our wedding in nearby Seaview, WA and could not be happier. The pick up/drop off was super easy, prices were good, and the beers and cider we got were delicious and a big hit with our guests.
Unfortunately they seemed to be short-staffed. Service was very very slow, but with that being said still enjoyed the experience.
Excellent food. Happy staff. Part of the building is pet friendly!
My husband and I decided to try the local brewery while in town for the Astoria Crab, Seafood and wine festival. We are always looking for a great local place to check out. Well, this one SO did not disappoint. After the event ended on Friday, and we got check into our little motel, we headed to the brewery. Not only is there beer completely unique and well balanced in flavor, body, profiles, the food went WAY past typical pub grub fare. It was flavorful, plentiful, and had some of the best flavor combinations and selections... read more
Fantastic beers, ambiance, and service! I loved the beet salad and the vegetarian burrito more than satisfied Bill. They were happy to make it vegan, too.
Great tour, great beers and great service! I don’t care for darker beers but the one aged in Pinot and Bourbon barrels is amazing!
We love the 2nd floor patio! Summer, here we COME!!
