I had an amazing experience with Fort Collins Mitsubishi. I had an issue with my gas tank due to the person that traded my car in changed the fuel pump and did not put the gas tank back together properly. Even though they didnt have to fix it, they were amazing and fixed it for me. All of the people that work in the service department were very professional and friendly. I'm glad I bought my car from Fort Collins Mitsubishi and I reccomend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
I had a wonderful experience with Grant in the Service Department this past week. He went above and beyond for me and got my 2002 Eclipse going again for hopefully another 100,000 miles. He explained everything really well and took all the time I needed to understand what was going on. Since I live in Greeley he loaned me a cute little Outlander to drive while my car was worked on a couple days. Greeley does not have a Mitsubishi dealership anymore, but I would definitely go back if I have issues with my car in the future.
After my experience at this dealer, I dont ever want to be in a Mitsubishi store again, The service manager is very rude, the parts folk in the back have dont know the difference between a cow and a oil filter, and the service staff is mostly 14 year-old kids. I know these cars are cheap, but there is a reason they are. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
STAY AWAY FROM THE FORT COLLINS MITSUBISHI DEALERSHIP!!!! ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE!!! Hands down the WORST costumer service I've ever experienced. So rude and disrespectful, and how can you ever sell a car when you won't let anyone test drive them. Ridiculous. Never doing business with them. Zero stars...
Great dealer ship, great products at great prices. I bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander for my wife from them. If your looking for a crossover that gets great mpgs check out they're Outlanders!!!!
