What a terrible experience. My poor daughter is so upset. They took out her factory Rockford fosgate stereo and replaced it with a $120 after market single din radio ,instead of repairing the factory. She just subscribed to Sirius and has now lost all that ,plus has a cheap radio there now. They were just supposed to fix the Bluetooth module and told me they ordered the original radio and that's why it took 2 weeks of her car in the shop. Watch out for this business SHADY sales tactics of bait and switch on their flyers they send out. The flyer says you won cash but they will not honor it and give you a $5 gift card. I can only imagine how much more unethical business happens here.

I purchased a vehicle from them 2 years ago and recently sold it and I was entitled to a partial refund from an additional warranty but it's been over four months since I made the request and still no refund. I keep getting the runaround and I doubt that I will actually ever get the check.
I can't say anything for purchasing a car through these guys, but I can guarantee I will not come back to them for service or repairs. I live in Cheyenne and I took my car in ten days ago, and for the first three days I had to call them to get any information. I was not informed of the issues it was having, until their technician called me. When I spoke with their manager, he attempted to make it right over the phone, but when I went down there had a terrible attitude and made me feel like I was lying. Just purchased a new G4 a few days ago and had a really great experience. We worked with David and enjoyed that he was not a high pressure salesman. It was a more relaxed easy going experience. For our first ever new car purchase, that was something that I appreciated. He is new to the sales floor so if there was anything he did not know he was honest about it and would take the time to find the answers for us.
