The service was horrible. We have been in this hotel for about a week before having all of our reservations suddenly canceled with no explanation and nothing else that we could do. The hotel itself wasn’t half bad but the service was terrible. They literally just randomly, no warning by the way, cancelled all of our reservation and told us to get out. Horrible service.
Very good value. Breakfast included. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Location is quiet, convenient and pretty safe. Room was very clean but smelled like cigarettes. Staff offered to move us but we didn’t want to be on the second floor.
I actually didn't stay here, but booked through booking.com, and had to cancel because of delayed flight, and they didn't have to refund me, but took pity on my situation and refunded me anyway, for which I was eternally grateful. I will try this hotel in the future, but the customer service was great.
