The Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce seems to be more concerned with meddling in politics, at the behest of their corporate donors, than actually worrying about business in Fort Collins. Here's a hint: fast internet drives business, regardless of who the provider is. Fort Collins owes no allegiance to Comcast or Centurylink. Supporting the current internet duopoly at not only the expense of residents but also at the expense of basically every other business in the area is completely unacceptable.

It’s sad that a chamber of commerce is actively campaigning to stunt the future economic growth of our city. By spreading Comcast’s lies about 2B you are harming our economy and hindering the immense potential of the whole region. Siding with two giant companies, solely to preserve their duopoly, at the expense of ALL other companies in the city who would benefit immensely (not only from the increased broadband speeds, but also from increased competition) is disgraceful.
