I've been coming to the service department at this Kia dealership for about five years and I've always been impressed with the level of excellence in which Mark (the technician) does his job. Mark goes above and beyond every time. The owners would be wise to keep him around for a long time because I know I'll be coming back as long as he's there. And I'm sure there are many other customers that feel the same way.
