I have found Galyn to be a very competent and caring mental health professional. He introduced several new, to me, modalities (EMDR, LENS, light therapy, and more). Galyn was able to guide me through some rather difficult memories and experiences and help me work through them with much care and support. I have now seen him for several years and plan to continue with his excellent care.
Galen really knows what he’s doing. I’m a counselor myself and see him as a client. I feel safe working with him and he’s very receptive to feedback. Highly recommended.
I have a family member who has been going to see him over 10 years, in a situation where he seems to just "support" them and not offer any real help. He seems more interested in keeping his clients coming in then actually helping them.

Galyn Forster made shaming statements, stonewalled me, bullied me. I had an awful experience. It was very dysfunctional.

Galyn is knowledgable about the impact of trauma on people. He is warm, empathetic, and skilled in a variety of modalities. He has been a huge part of my healing journey.
