My examination with Dr. Miranda was acceptable, but I felt she was dismissive of some concerns. For that reason, I had already decided to try Dr. Forster on my next visit. However, when I asked for the office to fill the other half of my prescription for contacts, they refused to do so and refused to release my current prescription to an outside provider. When I was looking for someplace to have my eyes checked, I came across Forster Eyecare. The friendliness of the staff made me feel at home and very comfortable. The think that hooked me and said this is the place for me, was the thoroughness of Dr. Forster. I also appreciated the honesty he had with the treatment and monitoring of my eye health. I would and I will recommend Forster Eyecare to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
I appreciated everything about my visit. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt like I was part of their family. The care I received from the receptionist all the way to checking on new glasses was top notch. Dr. Forster and his team were thorough in their examination of my eyes and explanations and they did it with kindness and in an engaging way! I would recommend them to anyone just like they were recommended to me.
This was my first time at Forster Eyecare and after my last eye doctor (from the west side), I can say this was truly a refreshing experience. Dr. Miranda and the whole staff made me feel welcome and important. My needs were met and my questions were answered. Also, I learned things about my eyes and my general health. All because they took the time to talk to me and care about me. In this day and age...THAT kind of service goes a LONG way. THANK YOU!
