The bumper didn't line up with the body but I think that is a factory mistake. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Paint looked good, but bumper wasn't centered on body. I guess it was like that from Ford when it was new? 4.5 Star : Customer Service Frank was great. He kept me well informed of progress. The paint looked good. The bumper was not centered on the body but I guess that was a defect from Ford originally?.
