We are a family owned Body Shop in a small community of less than 20,000. We are part of a Lincoln Dealership which has been family run for 50 years. Our dealership has won the Ford Presidents award 10 years running now. That award is only given to about 10% of all dealerships and is based on customer satisfaction. We do any kind of repairs from the hardest collision to repair farm tractor hoods. If it takes paint we will do it.

5 Star : My Experience Take time on the smaller details… get all the wax off the black rubber trim around doors and windows… double check your list of repairs to be done BEFORE releasing the car to owners. Over all happy with results. Just more attention would have been paid to the small details….. wax left on the black molding around all the windows and doors took away from the over all great appearance of car when it was finished…. The bumper didn't line up with the body but I think that is a factory mistake. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Paint looked good, but bumper wasn't centered on body. I guess it was like that from Ford when it was new? 4.5 Star : Customer Service Frank was great. He kept me well informed of progress. The paint looked good. The bumper was not centered on the body but I guess that was a defect from Ford originally?.
