We are purchasing a car from Forrest Motors. We have over a thousand cash down, and their asking price would still put us upside down on the loan from our credit union. They will not budge AT ALL on their asking price. Then there’s an additional $350 documentation fee that they admit is simply another means of profit for them. Very disappointing experience. Five days after purchasing a vehicle from Forrest Motors it broke down on the freeway. I had to get it towed to the shop. Since then it has been in the shop five times, and the check engine light just came on again. We’ve had the vehicle for about six weeks. It is costing a lot to try and fix it. I called Forrest Motors when it first happened and twice more since then and got a very “who cares” attitude about it all. I requested that Forrest call me and he never has.
