Terrible installation, zero accountability, the most godawful manager I have ever encountered.
When you’ve got your work truck #730 blasting through rush hour traffic at 830 on the south 202, makes for really poor business representation. 34A 7LM was the license and your driver / worker cut off 3 lanes of traffic almost causing an accident and inches away from clipping my front passenger side while I have my children in the car. Your business reputations begin and end with your workers; both in driving to their next stop and the job done itself. You need to train your employees on safer driving practices on the job.
We reached out to Forrest Anderson by the recommendation of a neighbor of ours. We needed our AC unit to be replaced. The gentlemen that assisted us from the initial contact and completion of work was phenomenal. They answered all our questions and had remarkable workmanship, showed up before our scheduled time and completed the job without any hiccups.
