Food was excellent. The Ricotta with crostini app is a must have. I always get the chicken Milanese which is one of my favorites. Another must try is the ricotta pound cake with popcorn gelato and caramel.
Chichen Parm was tasteless and dry service was good pizza was very tasty spaghetti sauce lacked taste.
We enjoyed everything about our dinner at Fornelletto this past weekend. I felt like I was back in Italy. The waiter with his beautiful Italian accent knowledgeably instructed us on the Brunello wine that my friend was interested in ordering. Although I would not usually order such an expensive wine, it was the best I ever had, as it should be for $120 a bottle. But, it was well worth it. I'm giving it a 5. Prices are reasonable, (note: I live in Manhattan) staff is excellent. Very attentive and pleasant. Nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. I recommend the Ricotta pound cake with popcorn Gelato dessert. All the portions were good, not huge like a family style restaurant but the dessert was more than I needed. I ate it all anyway. Great place
