DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FORMULA HONDA I am extremely disappointed and angry with my experience at Formula Honda. This dealership showed a shocking level of unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and zero concern for customer safety. My 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring battery died overnight. I contacted Honda Roadside Assistance, and they gave me an ETA of 6 hours. I then called CAA, who arrived within 15 minutes and boosted the car. Had a great experience with Nisan at Formula Honda. I brought my car in after the engine light started blinking and the car wouldn’t accelerate. I dropped it off late in the evening and Nisan called me first thing in the morning to explain what they found and what they were working on. He kept me updated throughout the day and even let me know about a warranty that saved me a significant amount of money.
