Dr. Wright and her entire staff at Form MD are like no other! Everyone in the office is professional, kind, and caring. They take the time to understand each and every need and provide a comprehensive plan to support you and your aesthetic journey! I am beyond happy with everything from start to finish. This will be long… A little background first- I am a very regular mom who works full-time and pinches pennies. I didn’t know what to expect when researching plastic surgeons. Dr. Ziai was fantastic. He and his team were very helpful and walked me through the process with ease. I had a skin cancer removed from my head and he made sure the repair affected my hair growth as little as possible. I highly recommend Form MD.
