It’s absolutely shameful the way this man and his company operate. They have no care or respect for the small businesses that occupy their spaces. He’s one of the absolute most disrespectful and dishonest people in the industry. I’d 100% avoid doing business with this guy.
I have provided business for several locations in this real estate's property for 3 years now. It saddens me to see so many have to close their doors or seek new buildings to maintain their livelihood under this new management. All clients of theirs have been on time paying their lease agreement and have provided excellent service to business oriented individuals for quite some time. DAVID BARBER Worst person I’ve ever dealt in my life, don’t do business with them do not lease do not rent you will regret it! They will set rules, and then all the sudden change everything without notice. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
The manager, David Barber, along with Formation Real Estate do not want minority owned businesses at their business park. I never thought I would experience discrimination in my lifetime but I guess there is a first for time for everything. They have chosen to not renew the leases for all the automotive businesses at their park which, ironically, are all owned by people of color with the exception of one.
