We were turned away from shopping for a wedding dress due not having an appointment. I do not feel that was acceptable.

I do not allow my employees to to take a bridal appointment in without having two people on staff. I want each and every bride that comes into my shop to have a dedicated consultant and an awesome experience. So thankful to the staff at Formalities for making my wedding dress shopping experience a memorable (and easy!) one! The staff helped me in my dress-choosing process immensely and were very knowledgable when it came to dress styles, prices, and designers. My mother was so impressed she bought her mother-of-the-bride dress there as well!
