I yes to a gorgeous prom dress from Formalities in Bellefonte. Their staff was super welcoming and helpful in finding the perfect dress for my junior prom. If you purchase your dress from them all of January, you get a free pair of shoes and a piece of jewelry!!! It might sound crazy that I got my dress 3 months early, but they'll register your dress in their store so that they won't sell the same dress (even in a different color) to the same prom. Highly recommend making the trip out to Bellefonte this prom season!!!
I had an amazing morning at Formalities with my mom and sister last Friday. We booked an appointment for bridal dresses and were shown to a whole private back room. The woman working with us was so sweet and let us pick as many dresses as we wanted. She also helped me zip up every dress and she took each one out to go hang it back up if we voted "No" on it :) She and Tracina also picked a few dresses for me to try on to make sure I had a full range of styles to consider.
