I've been getting great service from the staff at Kitchener's Form & Build for the past 15 years. Even "way back when", I was always treated with welcome and respect as I stumbled my way thru purchasing what became a fairly regular "vat" of driveway sealant. I needed a single form urgently for a DIY home reno and was referred to Form and Build. Despite being small potatoes and trying to get the item on one day's notice, they were extremely helpful and worked to accommodate me. Excellent customer service.
