Smoke Pork Chops, Stuffed Chicken, Knockwurst, just a few of our favorite things at the German Butcher Shop, Will be getting my Corn Beef which always turns out so perfect.

Last week we had the Forked River German Butcher Shop cater a company event for us and it was AMAZING! From the help we received from Heidi deciding on our menu to the on time and hot delivery and set up of all we had ordered to the absolute deliciousness in every item, it was perfect. We have had their meat before and it was amazing and now to have the catering we are sold! It was all wonderful, thank you!!
Best cold cuts, sausage. Large assortment. Good lunches. We ship their brats to Family in MN. Remember little store on side lot.

I have been going here for years, even when it was in the building next door. The best people working there, always so sweet, happy & eager to please the customers. I truly haven't bought meat from a super market in years! Everything is fresh, clean and delicious in this place!!!!
