Went ther last night, first time in a long time, service was at best mediocre, took forever to get our food; the fish was warm and fries cool to lukewarm. They need to do something to reduce the noise, with the hardwood flooring everything just echos. Not a pleasant experience, honesty not sure that we’ll give them another chance.
Service and food is always consistently exceptional!

Food is great but you shouldn't have to ask 4 people for water. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order where waters were also requested. Waitress came back and then took our food order, no drinks or water came. About 15-20 minutes later a different waitress brought the drinks over an asked if we had ordered them. I'm from Eagle River, WI and your restaurant was highly recommended by family who live in Eagle, WI. I had the Planked Salmon! Without a doubt, the best I ever experienced. The glaze was outstanding, the garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus were prepared perfectly. The salad before the meal was amazing with their homemade dressing and topped with red grapes and sugar glazed walnuts. My friend enjoyed her Talapia.
