Delicious, great atmosphere, wonderful service! We will definitely be back again soon. The photos of famous Wisconsinites was just charming , with a clean fresh style. Every detail was thoughtful and more unique. The food was outstandingly fabulous!

we live in Mukwonago and have eaten at Fork many times and loved it, our last 3 experiences dining in and with take out have us wondering if theres been a change in standards or preparation with the new owners, its just not as good, I waited for take out till it was done and yet most of the food was cold, entrees did not come prepared as they used to, (meatloaf had no onion rings) and where we could previously make substitutions none were allowed this time, just not the same

First time and definitely not the last. Fantastic service and food. Get the gigantic pretzel with cheese and have leftovers to take home. Had the crispy chicken, outstanding!

Outdoor dinner is a little noise because you are right by the road but it is too cute and has good food so we did not mind. Wait staff was very friendly and quick. I would definitely come back.

I had lunch there 7/31 and my sirloin steak sandwich was awful - tough and grizzly.I should have sent back, but assumed I'd get the same cut of meat. I will never order that again IF I ever go back.

Business response:

Bonnie, I am sorry you were dissatisfied with your steak sandwich (New York Strip). Our goal is to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience. We hit this goal almost all the time. There are times (few), however when we fall short. I don’t have an explanation for why your sandwich was “awful”. We did not change the meat; nor did we change the way we prepare it. Regardless, we fell short on our goal. Honestly, you should have had the server return it to the kitchen. We would have gladly prepared another sandwich or... read more

I’ve been to Fork in the Road several times and the food is always great. Service is usually pretty good also. Unfortunately, I was just there on Thursday night with some coworkers and after a nice dinner on the patio, we closed out our checks and were wrapping up some conversation when the hostess came up to our table and asked us to leave because there was a wait for the patio. I was honestly floored. I’ve worked as a waitress in the last at busy restaurants with waits and I never would have imagined asking a table to leav... read more

Business response:

Thank you for joining us at the Fork, on several occasions, and glad to hear you had a nice dinner with your co-workers. I am sorry you felt “floored”, which is not a good way to end any evening, anywhere. Every restaurant has to keep table turnover in mind, especially at a casual dining restaurant during peak days and times. It can be tricky to balance turnover and ensure an exceptional dining experience. It may sound simple, but as you know, it is hard to achieve at times. We never want a guest to feel rushed (or floored);... read more

My husband and I decided to leave home early enough to eat an early supper on the way before arriving at Brewers Stadium. We were near Mukwonago and we found Fork in the Road on Yelp. The reviews were great and it was right on our way. We liked the place as soon as we walked in. We had fantastic service and the food was absolutely amazing! We started with the DINOmite wings (BBQ) and they were hands down the best boneless wings I've ever had. My husband had the Pepper Burger and he absolutely loved it! I had the Caprese Sala... read more
