Very disappointed with Forget Me Not Florist in Walnut Creek. I received an arrangement this morning - the roses I received looked tired and wilted, and some of the other flowers were already falling apart. When I called, I was asked to bring the arrangement back before 5pm. Once there, the staff seemed annoyed, replaced only a couple of roses, and dismissed my concerns about the rest of the arrangement. The poor customer service was more disappointing than the flowers themselves.
Don’t trust this flower shop, this is the second time I trust them for a flower delivery and they use a third party and the flower arrangement was ugly and not to the standards of a high end arrangement. $125 dollar arrangement that look like a dollar store flowers. So disappointed that they are not honest that they used a third party to do their work👎🏼👎🏼 And worse I call to complain and they went to my friend’s house and pick up the arrangement.
I wanted a bouquet for my engagement photoshoot and my friend referred Forget me not flowers because she used them for her wedding floral and she was very happy with their work. I met them and all I had to tell them was the color of my dress and they asked me to trust them with what they had in mind and I'm glad I did because my bouquet was way more beautiful that what I had in mind. They are so talented with great ideas. I highly recommend them for your events.
Forget Me Not Flowers did a same day delivery (Sat) the day before Mother's Day, and I was so grateful! My mom likes to get her flowers early and I completely blanked out this year so this florist really saved me. It was a last minute order on one of the busiest floral shop weekends so I had no idea what to expect but my mom said the flowers were really beautiful and came in a nice vase. My sister ordered flowers, by phone, for my birthday. I was so delighted by the arrangement. All of the flowers including the vase were so, so beautiful. It made me smile and set the tone for the upcoming year. Thank you Forget Me Not Flowers!
