The dining experience here is superb. On the walls inside, find license plates, skillets, signs, toys, and all sorts of collectibles. On the patio outside is a stone rotisserie that cooks many of the meats. The menu has an excellent selection of center-cut steaks and pastas, and you can even get a crispy duck sandwich. The wine list is extensive, ranging from normal table wines to more expensive bottles. The clientele is mostly locals, but tourists roll in now and then.

Sat at the bar and Ashlee hooked us up! The sliders were delicious and the drinks were top notch with high quality spirits!
I thought it was Forage in the Forest, and we'd be getting roots and berries and maybe a few beetles or leaves. Joking aside, it was very nice. They were also very kind to our dog. Burger had a soggy lower bun, though. Food on the whole pretty average. But a good experience and a nice part of our Carmel day trip.
Great food and great service. Large menu something for everyone.
The chowder was excellent. We had a large work group outing and stopped in for lunch. The grotto was wonderful. Being from the Midwest, I couldn't get over the wonderful temps. The food was excellent. From the duck empanadas to the grilled chicken breast sandwich, everything was prepared perfectly. Service was great as well.
The bar and wait staff are excellent They fitted me in on to the bar as they were fully booked Great meal and chatter with the bar staff made my day
Great location and outdoor setting. Food average at best.
The paella was very good. The fondue was also. The atmosphere was nice. Recommend.
