Good place to live this Apartment......
Just... God... Where do I begin... This place is awful. sure its pretty, but it's kinda also a prison. everything echos. no natural light. no window at all in one of our bedrooms, which technically means it's actually not a bedroom. $50 parking when you can go to the lower level for free. And if your car get broken into or your decorations on your door get defiled- sucks to suck. Management won't help. They won't even check the 1 camera they do have. I can go on and on. Just don't move here.

Midtown 360 has found communicating with their residents to be a complete nightmare. Not all residents receive their emails and they often change their mind about rules and pricing without notifying the tenants. I have had my rent charged an additional 150+ dollars to my account by accident 15 times now. Management will tell you things as you sign your lease and then pretend they never said anything when they would like to start adding fees to your account a couple months later. RecommendedI have lived at Midtown 360 for three years now. I don't get what all the haters are saying. I have enjoyed my time here and have just renewed for a fourth year. I find Olivia and the office staff to be very accommodating. I have had few issues with maintenance but when I have, they have been prompt and courteous. I don't think that I am the minority here. Haters gonna hate. Those of you who have had good experiences, let's drown out the negativity.
