I have been coming for a little over three months and I am so lucky that I stumbled onto this great place. All the coaches are very nice and other members are very friendly and encouraging even when I am on a struggle with a few final reps. Love this place!
I started at Forge 1 year ago, not really knowing what to expect. I've never done crossfit before but this box has truly changed my life. The atmosphere, the accountability...its exactly what i needed. I started at 222 pounds with a bad knee and am now at 189 with a good knee lol This is the best box since like pandoras box or the redbox at the cvs.
Super great box! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Made me feel comfortable immediately. The coaches definitely know what they're doing and push you to do your best. Strongly recommend this place! :)
