Big thank you to Forge Fitness! Had a little mishap while dropping in and Rich Pennino, Pilar and team, were awesome! Facilities are first class!! Hopefully I will get to work in Birmingham again soon to drop in and hang out with these great people!!
Love my Forge Family! I finally caved and tried Crossfit...now I can’t imagine life without it. Awesome coaches here, good times.
Enthusiastic, welcoming, and a great workout for me and Caitlin. Coach Lindsay (?, still not 100% on her name, too early) was awesome and energizing for a Friday at 5:30 a.m. Even got an invite to the gym crawfish boil tonight! Great folks, highly recommended.
