I purchased a custom item from Forever Me Gifts on Amazon as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, I entered the incorrect mailing address for the gift recipient. When the mistake was discovered, Jeff at Forever Me Gifts called me, emailed me, and even gave me his cell phone number.
