We had a great experience with our terrible crawlspace. Forever Guard was professional and did exactly what they said they would in a timely manner.
Great family owned company and value. The owner and his crew are the team you want doing this work at your home. Our basement was in the top 3 worst they had run across but their attitudes didn’t reflect it and the cost was better than their competitors who were offering lower quality materials and less total scope. Not easy to spend the money to encapsulate your basement but at least your getting what you pay for and more with forever guard. Thanks Guys!
Stetson Howard and his Technician were very professional. Stetson did everything promised and in a timely manner. We are very pleased with our crawlspace makeover--our new crawl space encapsulation! : ) - update as of 5.29/2026 This company is still the best; we use them for yearly maintenance and still very pleased with their service.

Stetson and his crew did an excellent job clearing and preparing my horrible looking crawlspace so that an encapsulated, functioning crawlspace with dehumidification and LED lighting installed. I feel better knowing that mold, fungal growth and rodent actiivity will be unlikely to return,
