Couldn't recommend Stetson and crew enough! They were all very nice, quick, and efficient with our encapsulation and foundation work. They discovered an addition to our house that we all thought was on slab wasn't, and they went ahead and encapsulated it for no additional charge (and it was a very tight area). We're all set up with the dehumidifier we can monitor on the app (that they put triggers on for them to be notified when humidity gets too high) and with jacks that they're going to come out to check periodically. Stetson and his crew were very efficient and professional. Stetson worked with the builder to get the water issue in our new built home corrected. Forever Guard installed a waterproofing system,support beams for the floor and encapsulated the crawl to help remove the moisture. I want to thank Stetson for helping my husband and I in getting our home repaired!
After meeting with several crawl space companies, including Crawl Space Ninja, who is supposedly "the best," I have to say that Stetson was the most honest about what he and his crew could do with a 100 year old crawl space. While other companies promised the moon and back for thousands and thousands of dollars, Stetson was real about expectations and I just couldn't be happier with the service and the price. Stetson Howard and his team were fantastic to work with. We had him out to evaluate our crawlspace after mold was found on a home inspection during our selling process. His team was prompt and was able to work us in quickly within a few days despite a busy schedule.
