Truly could not be happier about our experience with Justin! He replaced the flooring in two bathrooms and refinished our staircase. The stairs were the most impressive. When we moved in, the stairs were a dark brown color with strips of grey carpet going up the middle and the original balusters were not evenly spaced. Unfortunately, our experience with the final finished product of Forever Flooring didn't meet our expectations as we had hoped for. We paid in the vicinity of 20K to have Justin and his team install hardwood flooring throughout our home, only to have the floors constantly crackle and creak when walked on. We made sure the flooring was properly acclimated before installation and waited several months for everything to settle, as we were advised.
