Just moved in with my mother and sister … we started moving stuff over and realized some of our items are missing from our unit which is weird if the lock is electronic. Don’t know if it’s the outsourcing help or the maintenance man they really need to open the office on the property here and get these maintenance men under control. Seems like there’s so much trash and garbage everywhere.
Love my little 2-bedroom apartment in Baytown! The Jack and Jill bathroom is such a unique touch, and the updated finishes in the kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. It was easy to tour and apply, and they had an amazing special and deposit offer. I also love the smart locks, gated property, pool, and laundry facility. Under new management -Kim in the leasing office and Brandon in maintenance truly make living here even better with how responsive, professional, and helpful they are!
Very nice apartments very lovely staff they are taking their time making sure these apartments are fully functional and fixed so it may look crazy but give them time just make sure your open and honest to them
The new management of this community has been great! We can't wait to move into our newly renovated 3 bedroomapartment home. Thank you Kimberly and Wendy for being so professional and responsive to our needs!
We don’t even move in for a couple more weeks, but I already know we made the right choice with The Place at Baytown. Kimberly has been absolutely amazing to work with! Since we are relocating for my husband’s job, she has been just as excited for us as we are.
