maintenance At these apartments are a joke. There is a plethora of trash and random items located throughout the property. Please be prepared for when you move here oh and don’t get me started on the laundry room. It’s really hard to be a newer property management when your only worker doesn’t porter the property and keep it looking nice. Saw someone with a cart going in the trash.
Love my apartment! It was newly renovated and looks great! The maintenance man is polite, responsive and helpful. Had a small problem with my toilet and he fixed it right away!
Maintenance is truly amazing. They always goes above and beyond, no matter how big or small the issue is. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people, and come by as soon as any issues are found, making sure everything is working properly as soon as possible.
The maintenance guy here is bad ass. Fixed my air conditioner right away. Didn't leave me cooking in this heat. Very responsive to maintenance issues I report
