We’ve been without hot water for almost 3 weeks, we have no maintenance men nor do we have an office manager. Can’t pay rent because nobody works in the office anymore. It’s freezing cold outside and we have to take cold showers which can make us easily get sick. Apartments were purchased by someone new which led to them not paying off their old light bill and just switched companies so everyone that rents a apartment back here has to suffer because they won’t pay it or get someone to show up.
It's a pretty decent place, I won't lie. Very close to my job. But for some reason, Building I always loses hot water for days at a time every other month and it's ridiculous.
Horrible apartments and horrible management. Disgusting.
I look forward to living here, so far talking to the new manager Misty has been a delight.
