The absolute worst!!!! It's the property manager and staff. Maintenance guys are cool. They only do what office says..so fault fault lies with the office.The light skin lady(maybe mixed or of latin decent) is very lazy, rude and has no knowledge. Lies and is very petty. I have called and left several voice-mails to see if there are any openings for a 4 bedroom this has been almost 4 weeks no response back from emails or phone calls.
Hello, I have been calling about my air being fixed since last Monday. Prior to that I have emailed you all about fixing my air at least 3 times. Melina Ramirez who works in the office has no information on when my air can be fixed and seems as if she doesn’t want to help. She’s very rude and for someone that’s working in the office she never has answers or resolutions for things I’m calling for. Apartments are nice and maintenance is good about everything, safety is a big concern in the last 6 months and I have been here 2 years police are always out here!!!
They are oh sooo unprofessional I’ve never been though what they did just sad should’ve listened to the reviews 🤦♀️
