I live on this property and it’s been a very pleasant quiet place to live. Everything I’ve called about far as maintenance request has been done in a timely manner. I do suggest that the units are updated with the appliances that need to the up keeping of the units. When it says the unit is average, that means some appliances need to be replaced. Recently back in the end of February and the black lady was very rude
The absolute worst!!!! It's the property manager and staff. Maintenance guys are cool. They only do what office says..so fault fault lies with the office.The light skin lady(maybe mixed or of latin decent) is very lazy, rude and has no knowledge. Lies and is very petty. Ditto for the property manager. Rude, petty and neglectful. Tell you what you want to hear (lies) on top of lies. Rodent filled trash dump with a lack of compassion, empathy, honor, and integrity.. I have called and left several voice-mails to see if there are any openings for a 4 bedroom this has been almost 4 weeks no response back from emails or phone calls.
