My husband took our 11 week old to have an ultrasound on her hips. She was having a bit of a meltdown (babies do that sometimes) and the sonographer came out and said that she couldn’t do the ultrasound if she was crying. I’m a pretty reasonable person and I can completely understand that. What I can’t understand is that she followed up by asking “well where’s her mother? Is she at work?”. Great service
Excellent. I had an OPG scan recently at the clinic. I have had a few other scans in the past at this clinic in Hastings & I have to say, the staff know what they are doing, are gentle & very well mannered.
I had an ultrasound to check for DVT. Unfortunately the quality of the examination was very poor and also brief (taking only a few minutes). The study was incomplete with only a small number of veins being scanned, this resulted in a 12cm DVT being missed entirely. The deep vein thrombosis was discovered by a Sonographer at a different clinic (Marina Radiology), who performed a thorough scan. I was then sent straight to Hospital for urgent medical care.
I had my scanning done here recently and they were amazing. The staff are very friendly and caring. My reports came back quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend the practice.
