We have lived here since June of 2021. Since the new management company took over it has really improved. The entire staff is very approachable and always happy to help. They are consistently making improvements to the units and property, including new balconies and railings on all apartments last summer, new heating and air conditioning systems in every unit, repainting the parking spots. installing an industrial garbage compactor and power washing and repainting all the trim on all the buildings. Sarah and the whole team have been so helpful relocating my son and I after a less than favorable situation at another complex. Communication and planning have been on point and they do their absolute best to keep me informed on any concerns or changes happening in our quiet community. The apartment was pristine when we moved in and any work orders Ive entered have been taken care of the very next day! Including a new fridge at the first sign of thaw! I’ve lived here for nearly two years. Not the worst place I’ve lived at before but I do have some complaints. I enjoyed the place/ neighborhood at first, but I began to realize how unsafe the area can be, especially at night. They spray the designated dog area every month, with pesticides that are unsafe for your animals or kids to be around. When grass is sprayed, we have to walk our dog outside of the apartment building, which again is not a very safe neighborhood to be walking around at night. The rent is high for an olde... read more
