Mindi, her husband, and the entire maintenance team at Forest Oaks are gems. They’ve done a fantastic job with the renovated apartment units and their maintenance team is always respectful and prompt with attending to maintenance tickets. We had one maintenance wait that was kind of long (one week), but it was due to parts and the wait was still reasonable. Was told I’d get an application and then got ignored and never got a response ever again and my calls have been ignored for hours now. Seems like an underlying theme is poor communication with the lady answering the phones so a simple solution, hire new staff?
Absolutely horrible. Management sucks. Nothing ever gets fits even after SEVERAL maintenance requests (along with calling and emailing everyday to get stuff fixed). The “office manager” Mindi will quite literally ignore your emails and calls. I only know she ignored my emails because her husband called and said he didn’t like the tone we used in our emails stating if the BLACK MOLD wasn’t addressed in an appropriate manner we’d be having our own company to come fix it along with our a/c not working.
