My Father Died At This Facility The Facility is plagued with problems and not recommended by me to anyone who has a family member in need of specialized health care. Communication between family members and staff/attending doctors is terrible. My request for a hospice assessment for my Father was road blocked over a week prior to the day he passed away (you need a specific doctor's order). Former Resident Finding a nursing home for rehabilitation was extreamly dificult but when i was given the contact info to the admissions director at forest manor all my worries went away. They were extreamly helpful they understood what i was going through and turned a dificult experience into a pleasent one .During my stay the staff was wonderful.I would recommend this wonderfull facility to everyone.
