This place should be SHUT DOWN and they should be arrested for SCAMMING INNOCENT people of their hard earned money especially when they are struggling just to get by. I was in a rush to move in paid for a background check and hold deposit back in October they informed me that there werent any homes available and on order to get to the front of the line I had to pay a $400 hold deposit which I paid in November I found a place that let me move is so I asked what I could do to get my hold deposit back she said write a letter to corporate and I did I just received a letter stating my deposit is forfeited because I didnt comply with the terms of signed agreement! I have been in contact with Linda and I informed her that I would be moving to Florida from Kansas City, MO on 10/1/21. She stopped communicating via email after I paid this deposit on 9/3 asking for updates. They do not answer my phone calls either. Unfortunately, they did not have a home ready when I arrived which caused lots of stress, storage costs, and panic. Unethical, Sending this as a certified letter to them. Upon signing of the lease application and I was qualified to move into the Hudson location September 27, so I paid the hold deposit. Hold deposit for what? Weekly calls, there were no vacancies. Forest Green MHP is a scammer. They took a $400 hold deposit from me with a promise I could move in today. When I arrived from St.Petersburg with my movers on their way I was given a song and dance. When I confronted the person in çharge about the lies she had been telling she threw a tantrum, tossed a refund paper at me and said she would not rent to me. I am going to try to get a refund but I am suing for damages as well.

This place is filthy, personnel is only concerned about herself, Elizabeth, false advertising, charging for a credit check, when they say they don't do one? Using made up information to call me dishonest about where I lived in 2020, last year! I have been married to and living with the same person for 11 years! Not to mention, there's 2 people with my name. Liars, dishonest, money thieves! I know it's not done this way! I not only help build that park, years ago. I managed it before owners sold it.

Mr ****** the application is free. You just admitted there are other people with your name. Evictions were found in 2020 and 2021 with your name. To further clarify and make sure they were not yours a credit application was needed, which is $60 per applicant. The park is not filthy it is quite well upkept including new roads, unit remodels, and a completely remodeled pool. There was no dishonesty as the manager told you upfront that your name was common and a credit check might be needed to clarify you and your background.
This place is a rip off , they lie, they steal your money, they set you up to believe you will be moving in on said date, never return calls, never move you in. Do not rent here. Read all about them, horrible people !

Would give negative stars if possible. Signed on May 18th with an expected move in date of June 18th for a 2 bd/2br. We put a $400 deposit down along with $120 for 2 background checks. (Later to find out someone else didn't have to pay for their background checks?) Also have a voicemail from Elizabeth on June 8th making sure everything from us was all set to move in on the 18th.
