I love the vibe. Everyone is unique and authentically themselves while giving excellent personal service. Lots of comfort touches to help ease anxiety. They really do seem to care about your experience as well provide top quality service and workmanship. Everyone from the folks at the front desk to the assistants to the dentists and finally the checkout folks are warm and friendly. Highly recommended.
Call a week ahead, told them I only have one day (Dec 27) to do this, since my insurance will change on Jan 1st. Gave them my insurance information; policy number, group number, phone number to verify, etc... Get there and no one has verified anything, the forms i filled out on their website didn't come through, go figure... wasted my time, happy birthday to me, lol Past that, nice front desk, nice decor..hence the two stars....
My story may be unique, as I heard a lot of people have great experiences at FFD. However, both fillings I had done here had to be replaced--one resulting in a root canal. I'm a great dental patient and I've never had any fears going to the dentist; however, I can be cavity prone. I take great care of my teeth (always floss!), but it's just my genetics. Life changing. Some people use grandiose terms like 'life changing' when it isn't appropriate. In this case it is. I had a terrible smile but with Dr. Bethell's help that's all changed now.
