The property manager for the Forest Creek complex is awful. He was very confrontational with tenants. The property manager Roey was not supportive to anyone during the pandemic and went up on the rent during the pandemic. When asked who was his supervisor he would not share and told the maintenance staff not to share it. The were plenty of complaints about packages being stolen at the mailbox, unwanted visitors sleeping in the stairwell and female tenants not feeling safe. and he did not do anything about.
