The managers there are completely disrespectful to tenants. My rent was always paid on time and still the manager made rude and careless remarks to me repeatedly and intentionally. Apartment complex has wasp nest everywhere. They sold me the apartment with broken washer and dryer. The stove broke repeatedly and they would not replace. When I moved out they were completely rude and tried to charge me for things that were there when I moved in. Would not recommend anyone stay here.
I relocated to FL from CT a little over a month ago. I spent weeks searching for a great place to live and Lakes of Tuscana seemed like the best place around for me and my two young sons (my husband passed away last June). I coordinated with the office staff who were very friendly and did their best to answer my many questions. I had plenty as this is my first apartment. Half of the staff are dumb college students! The rent awesome if your on a special... If your not it isn't worth it... The noise is outrageous and staff don't care to fix it... I've complained a dozen times about specific neighbors and nothing's been done, if you want a quiet work or thinking environment this isn't it... Sadly disappointed in this apartment complex... I will never again stay here nor recommend it to anyone
The saying you get what you pay for fits perfectly for Beachway Links. Horrible customer service and top of that ridiculous insane fees they charge you. On top of an AUM that is still being handled by AUM and was told by one employee that they will put a note on it and not worry about it but then I received a notice for eviction for a utility fee from another new male employee. The Pro's first: Next to Wickham Park, very clean, nice floor layout, nice staff, very nice neighbors, plenty of parking, and gas appliances (I forgot how much I loved to cook on a gas stove. Rent can also be paid online or auto withdrawn. The Con's: Think about your lifestyle long and hard before moving in! 1. Cable - They have a contract with Brighthouse. Management is very nice! I really feel at home here! Never hear any noise like I used to at my old apartment place. Great 24/7 Maintenance! Only wished that they had screened in porches but it works. Couldn't be happier. A great place to live if you want to be involved with the community and staff. They really make you feel at home here.
I moved here from out of state some time ago, I was very excited about moving here but when I looked at that ratings I got very discouraged and almost didnt come here, but I chose to make my own decision to come and l love here, I dont know what all this stuff people complaining about but im in my window 24/7 or outside and i dont see none of this, dont believe what everybody say judge for yourself.
The receptcionist was very rude to my boyfriend. She looked down apon him and down talked him like he was a piece of crap. The apartments them selves fall apart as soon as you move in.
