Cheaper is not always better. I only went here twice. Both times I felt rushed. They don’t care about what you want and made my cuticles bleed both times. The first time they didn't let me pick my color. When I walked in, a woman asked me what color. Next thing you know I am sitting down and she put a bottle of polish on the table.
