Been here a few years and things have only improved. Pest control happens on schedule, maintenance happens quickly. Staff returns calls in timely manner. They took a chance on me and I am glad they did its just cozy..its it luxury living at its highest...no...is it cozy, easy place to just be left alone if that is what you want...yes. I would definitely recommend checking out both properties north and south. The folks here are honest to a fault but fair it makes for a nice place to live.
there's roaches everywhere its disgusting Pam is money hungry she's rude the place overall is just dirty and nasty
Pam stole our security deposit and refused to send an itemized receipt of why she kept it all while I have proof I left that apartment spotless, it was so clean the maintenance man thanked me because he wouldn’t have to clean it or anything. It was cleaner than when we first moved in. Not to mention she LIED and said that we left it a wreck and left stuff in there even though again we have proof.
