Very unprofessional staff
By far the worst place. Ive only been here for 2days IN A NEW UNIT and have had the absolute the WORSE experience of my life. When I got the keys the doors didn’t lock. I could LITERALLY push them open. I over looked it because it was fixed after an email saying I wanted to terminate my lease. Today on Christmas Eve I wake up to a kiddy pool in my living room and no resources to contact. They have no one to answer the phone or valid emergency contact . I had a very unpleasant experience with this landlord. Communication was rude and unprofessional, and concerns were often ignored instead of being addressed. Tenants deserve respect, and unfortunately that was lacking here. I would not recommend renting from this landlord Mr. Jeffery Mitchell
