ADHD Scam. They charge you $200 for a 15 min test and then charge $275 just to have the results and they’re invalid.
I was misdiagnosed by a provider and then he put that all diagnoses were discussed with me when they were not. When I asked for the diagnosis to be removed I was told it could take 30 days and it ended up taking 3 months and lots of time calling and emailing them.
I should've trusted the reviews, honestly 1 star is still too much, should've been 0 stars. No respect on their cancellation policy and providers don't really seem to care about their patients. I was charged an unfair cancellation fee for an appointment I did call to and the provider never let me in, I tried calling and emailing them about it and still they didn’t waive the fee. They made me pay $200 for a terrible online exam that lasted a total of 15 minutes with a mouse clicker and some basic audio. In 2018 when I got psychiatric testing I paid less than $100 that had a comprehensive exam in both writing, listening, speaking, and hearing comprehension. This place is a scam do not go. You’ll thank me later.
We switched to this practice when we changed insurance. While all the staff were incredibly helpful and competent - each department only know their own info. If you have been clinically diagnosed with ADHD and have not had a IVACPT neuropsychological test, they will not honor your previous diagnosis no matter how log you have been on psych meds or how many psychiatrists you have worked with.
