The worst company There is no manager ... everything is dirty .. they dont care about the people.. and they dnt fix anything...
7900 Reseda blvd. The building looks very dirty and no manager on duty. Nobody is there and Nobody clean there. Nobody care there. Worst experience. Roaches are everywhere so do not rent there even for free.
Absolute worst management company ever! You will regret everyday you live under their management. I have too many complaints to list it on here. STAY AWAY
Absolutely the worse!! I repeat the worse management company ever!!! They will take your money and never return it when comes time to return it! They kept my deposit and said I owed it because I didn't give written notice, but I did!!! They lie, they cheat, they steal, and then they threaten to ruin your credit!
Worst management company ever. Do not rent any properties this company is managing. They will nickel and dime you for all kinds of ridiculous fees and the building maintenance is awful. The pool has smelled like sewage for weeks.
