Management is cheap and rude. They expect you to do your own plumbing and maintenance even when most people lack the necessary knowledge and tools to safely do that. For instance, there was an issue with a toilet not flushing and they told me it’s my responsibility to fix it. They were going to charge me for maintenance until they came and plumber confirmed it was an issue with the toilet.
